A small collection of letters, primarily written by Louisa D. Minot to her daughter Mary Minot while the latter was staying in Stockbridge, Mass., with the Sedgwick family in Gardiner, Me., and in New York for health reasons. The collection also includes one letter from Mary to her mother and one from Louisa's mother, Lois F. Davis, to Louisa. The letters concern family matters, health, news of acquaintances, and other personal matters.
